Roasted for us by Tilthammer, two people and a 15-kilo roaster in a unit in Heeley, a mile down the road. There's always a guest single origin on filter.

Ibbotson's, ironmongers, 1923–2016.
Hinges, washers and two-inch nails, sold by the drawer from a wall of ninety-six, each one labelled in Mr Ibbotson's hand.
Now the drawers hold the tea.
And the teaspoons, the cake forks and the dog biscuits. We kept the long oak counter too, with the brass yard rule set into its edge. Martha Staniforth bakes, Joel Okafor makes the coffee, and we opened in April 2019.
